Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed within the timeframe above. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Your order is shipped internationally by our logistics partner (such as SF Express) and delivered to your door in Australia by Australia Post or Aramex.

Your tracking number may start with "SF" – this is our international shipping partner. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs & Import Charges

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We recommend reporting any delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt.
